All standard formats are completely unbranded

“Characters including spaces” always refers to the maximum possible number of characters for the format, plus the postal address label. For e.g. 400 characters refer to a text length of up to 400 characters including spaces for the text, anyway additionally up to 200 characters for the postal addressing of the envelopes or postcards

Each format is determined by two parameters: The number of text lines and the maximum number of characters per line (including spaces). These values are determined per format in such a way that the legibility with fountain pen or ballpoint pen by the recipients is guaranteed.

1. Minimum Order Quantity: Standard Letters (from 5 OR 10 units)

The minimum order quantity of our standard letters is 5 or 10 letters, depending on the format. You can either order a minimum of  5 or 10  letters or you pay for less than five or ten letters the same amount as the minimum order quantity. e.g. you can order only one letter but then you pay the price of 5 letters. The unit price is automatically calculated within your shopping cart, depending on the number of items you have inserted.

2. Minimum Order Quantity: Tailor-made campaign (from 250)

The PENSAKI individual formats can be ordered from 250 or 500 units per order. This means that we can offer you completely individualized formats in “handwriting”. There is a multitude of possible formats, text lengths, and processing options available.

1. Standard Formats: Deutsche Post Global Mail

All PENSAKI standard handwritten letters will be directly mailed – globally –  from Germany with Deutsche Post Global Mail to the recipients of your campaign. We handover all standard formats within 3 business days to Deutsche Post.  You will receive a shipment notification by mail. From then on, the regular global mail delivery times apply.

With 100+ letters we can also ship our standard letters in open envelopes via DHL/UPS or DPD.

2. Individual Formats: Select Shipment Option

For individual formats (from 250), the respectively agreed delivery times apply; generally speaking, you can expect that your letters will be shipped within 5-7 working days, after approval of your pre-production proof.

The prices of all standard formats include quality stationery, handwritten messages and addresses, German post stamps, handover to Deutsche Post Global Mail and 19% German VAT. You can pay by credit card of PayPal.

Pensaki standard letters have a predefined layout in combination with our ALEX handwriting style. Layout refers to the number of text lines, the maximum number of characters including spaces per line as well as all the line spacing. You simply need to add your messages, we’ve already taken care of everything else. Tailor-made letter layouts are possible from 250 pieces.

All Pensaki standard handwritten notes are written with our ALEX handwriting style. In the case of our tailor-made business solutions (min. 250) you can either select a different style or even your own handwriting style (VIP style).

In the case of our Envelope2S format, the recipient’s address as well as the sender credentials are “handwritten” on the envelopes. The sender’s credentials are written on backside of the envelopes. With 250+ letters different addressing styles are possible.

This PDF sample is exactly what we will create and mail for you. In the case of our standard formats you simply define the content of your letters and we will take care of the rest for you. Every line will be written like in this PDF sample with the defined handwriting style. The design of the stationery may vary, but the handwritten message and adressing will be exactly like this.
