How to Order Handwritten Postcards

With all our PENSAKI standard letters, you can start the order process immediately.  Simply click on "ORDER NOW".

In the case of a PENSAKI tailor-made direct-mail campaign, you will receive an email from us with your personal access data. In any case, you must first register with PENSAKI so that you can save your drafts and create text templates.

Sending authentic handwritten sales letters has never been easier. After opening the online editor of the selected format, you can directly start entering your text. Each format has its own online editor. This means that the number of lines and characters per line (including spaces) differs accordingly. PENSAKI transfers your content exactly as you provide it, line per line. The personalization of the salutation is a standard feature. In addition, you can personalize all messages extensively with additional personalization segments.

You simply import all personal salutations and addresses, on the basis of the provided PENSAKI import template. You will get your import template after you have entered the text and saved it. Then simply click on "1. download template" above the table and save this file.

For the correct preparation of data, basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, OpenOffice Calc, or Numbers is mandatory. Addresses, personal salutations, and optionally personalization segments are imported.

With the PENSAKI preview feature, you can control the content of your mailing. The content preview is used exclusively for checking the content of your campaign. You can also download your campaign as a PDF.

Once your campaign is ready, simply click on "Add to cart" at the end. You can also collect different letters in your shopping cart. Nothing gets lost here. You can also interrupt your work and continue at any time. After you have entered all the billing address details (only required for initial registration), simply click on CONTINUE. Then select the desired payment method:
