Our standard letters are directly mailed globally. These standard letters are handed over to Deutsche Post within 3 business days. With at least 100 letters we can also ship them globally with DPD, DHL or UPS. We can also process bulk mail within Germany and selected European countries. In the case of our tailor-made business services (from 250 letters), the desired shipping method and timing is agreed individually.

All Pensaki standard letters are usually handed over to Deutsche Post for dispatch within 3 business days and directly mailed globally to all recipients. In the case of tailor-made campaigns (250+ letters) the individually agreed delivery time and delivery method will apply accordingly.

Deutsche Post's mail delivery times for national and international mail are publicly accessible. Deutsche Post writes: "We process around 59 million letters nationwide every working day. One of our most important quality goals is to deliver these letters as quickly as possible. Our operating processes are designed to deliver around 93% of all letter items within Germany to the recipient within one business day." As with all items sent by normal postal services (i.e. not registered mail, etc.), postal items may be lost despite being sent correctly. As stated in our General Terms and Conditions, we cannot guarantee the delivery of your documents. Please read the relevant passage in our General Terms and Conditions for background information.
