Shipping information

After we receive your order, we will check its feasibility in terms of content. If you pay directly by PayPal or credit card, we start production immediately. This means that your order data will be sent to our production robots immediately. If you pay by bank transfer, this process starts after we receive your payment.

On request, we can also pre-print the stationery or your postcards for you before labeling. This gives you completely tailored formats that are both handwritten and individualized by printing. When you order, you will receive a PDF design template for both sides of the desired format. Once you have sent us your correct print data as part of the order, printing takes 3-5 working days before the robots can start lettering. By the way: Incorporating QR codes and/or URLs with important information is always a good idea.

For handwritten letters that you want to use to generate leads, we always recommend unprinted neutral stationery for a more personal touch. For existing customer relationships, printed stationery can make perfect sense. We can also print your inserts and flyers.

For MADE-TO-ORDER formats, you will receive an approval sample by e-mail based on your desired configuration before labeling. This usually takes place within 24 hours after the print shop has delivered your postcards, for example. If you are using unprinted stationery, you will receive the approval sample within 24 hours of submitting your order on working days.

If you have any special layout requirements, we will discuss these before the first sample is created. For PENSAKI INDIVIDUAL formats, we coordinate the layout, i.e. the line distribution and the desired paragraphs, with you in advance. Alternatively, you can use our standard layout, which provides for a uniform handwritten text block. As soon as we have received the stationery required for your order, you will receive a handwritten sample for approval. This enables us to ensure that everything is exactly as you want it.

For PENSAKI CUSTOM formats, labeling begins after we have received your approval. For consecutive orders, i.e. weekly or monthly orders based on a previously defined format, all subsequent orders are produced on the basis of your approval.

Once the labeling has been completed, our friendly staff put all the letters or cards in envelopes. For PENSAKI INDIVIDUAL orders (250 items or more), we first coordinate the dispatch and a possible desired date with you. After your approval for the labeling, we usually need 5-7 working days until dispatch.

We offer these shipping alternatives:

1. Postal delivery Deutsche Post (Dialogpost): for all customers with a sender’s address in Germany
2. Global UPS Carbon Neutral
3. Global Freight forwarding: for all orders with more than 10,000 letters/cards

Direct dispatch by Deutsche Post Global Mail to all recipients is only possible if the sender is based in Germany. Foreign customers therefore always receive their letters or cards in a parcel sent by UPS.
