Of course, all letters at PENSAKI are written with REAL FOUNTAIN PENS. This applies to all standard formats (letters 2Go). For individual formats such as postcards, we also use ballpoint pens.
All texts and addresses at PENSAKI are written for you in human handwriting. Of course, we do not use fonts and we do NOT print texts or addresses.
Printing a handwritten message would be completely pointless, as this would mean that the haptic part of the sensory perception would be missing, i.e. a total waste of money and zero surprise and delight.
With PENSAKI all formats can be completely personalized on a content level.

Otherwise, what would be the point of sending high-quality letters in handwriting without a personal address? None at all! The personalization of salutations and postal addresses is a standard feature for all Pensaki products. All salutations and addresses are conveniently imported, on the basis of our XLS import template. In addition, you can additionally personalize your handwritten messages by using {{segment}}. It is also possible to personalize entire lines with {{segments}}.
All standard formats are completely unbranded
With our standard formats only the texts and addresses are missing to start the handwriting jobs for you. Of course, we use only completely unbranded stationery. A reference to Pensaki is therefore not possible. It is practically the same as if you were writing on this paper.
With our individual formats, we can also write handwritten messages to letters, cards, or postcards printed especially for you. This option is already available to you from 250 pieces. Simply send us the PDF print data based on the print template we provide. In this way, we reduce the environmentally harmful transport of paper.
“Characters including spaces” always refers to the maximum possible number of characters for the format, plus the postal address label. For e.g. 400 characters refer to a text length of up to 400 characters including spaces for the text, anyway additionally up to 200 characters for the postal addressing of the envelopes or postcards
Each format is determined by two parameters: The number of text lines and the maximum number of characters per line (including spaces). These values are determined per format in such a way that the legibility with fountain pen or ballpoint pen by the recipients is guaranteed.
All PENSAKI standard letters are stamped with a postage stamp of Deutsche Post and directly mailed globally to the recipients by traditional snail mail. This is done after the envelopes have been handwritten and addressed. The dispatch usually takes place within 3 business days. You will receive a mail notification upon shipment. Tip: also put yourself among the recipients, as delivery confirmation.
1. Minimum Order Quantity: Standard Letters (from 5 OR 10 units)
The minimum order quantity of our standard letters is 5 or 10 letters, depending on the format. You can either order a minimum of 5 or 10 letters or you pay for less than five or ten letters the same amount as the minimum order quantity. e.g. you can order only one letter but then you pay the price of 5 letters. The unit price is automatically calculated within your shopping cart, depending on the number of items you have inserted.

The PENSAKI individual formats can be ordered from 250 or 500 units per order. This means that we can offer you completely individualized formats in “handwriting”. There is a multitude of possible formats, text lengths, and processing options available.
For the PENSAKI tailor-made business solutions (from 250 or 500 pieces), individual unit prices apply depending on your project specifications. The displayed unit prices are only intended for the purpose of general orientation.

From 250 letters upwards, we can offer you completely individualized handwritten formats. The term individualization does not refer to the content of your direct marketing campaign. Because all PENSAKI letters can be completely personalized, also our standard letters (from 5 letters).

All PENSAKI standard handwritten letters will be directly mailed – globally – from Germany with Deutsche Post Global Mail to the recipients of your campaign. We handover all standard formats within 3 business days to Deutsche Post. You will receive a shipment notification by mail. From then on, the regular global mail delivery times apply.
With 100+ letters we can also ship our standard letters in open envelopes via DHL/UPS or DPD.
For individual formats (from 250), the respectively agreed delivery times apply; generally speaking, you can expect that your letters will be shipped within 5-7 working days, after approval of your pre-production proof.
The prices of all standard formats include quality stationery, handwritten messages and addresses, German post stamps, handover to Deutsche Post Global Mail and 19% German VAT. You can pay by credit card of PayPal.
Pensaki standard letters have a predefined layout in combination with our ALEX handwriting style. Layout refers to the number of text lines, the maximum number of characters including spaces per line as well as all the line spacing. You simply need to add your messages, we’ve already taken care of everything else. Tailor-made letter layouts are possible from 250 pieces.
All Pensaki standard handwritten notes are written with our ALEX handwriting style. In the case of our tailor-made business solutions (min. 250) you can either select a different style or even your own handwriting style (VIP style).
The fully pre-configured standard letters of the PENSAKI starter kits are shipped in open envelopes so that you can also enclose a flyer or business card and coordinate the mail delivery directly. The dispatch takes place in a parcel, usually within 5 business days. I.e. within five business days your handwritten letters will be handed over to the courier. You will receive an email notification once your letters have been shipped.
Our PENSAKI starter kits are completely pre-configured, including high-quality blank stationery and envelopes. You only need to add the content of your campaign and we will take care of the rest for you. The letters and cards are ready to order, like all other PENSAKI standard letters in our shop.

You can start this sales campaign immediately and effectively address 250 decision-makers of your choice with a PENSAKI campaign. All PENSAKI letters can be easily personalized. You simply import the data of these 250 prospects. It is also possible to create different text versions and to send more than 250 letters.
The most important components of a delivery note are: 1. what is delivered? 2. how many pieces? It is essential that these two details are noted on the delivery note so that we can allocate the delivery to your order and check that all the ingredients ordered have arrived in full with the delivery. Simply use our template for this.
In order for your shipment to be accepted in the warehouse, it is mandatory that we receive a shipping notification from you in advance by email. For this purpose, simply send us an informal email with the DHL/DPD/UPS shipment number of your shipment.
In the case of our Envelope2S format, the recipient’s address as well as the sender credentials are “handwritten” on the envelopes. The sender’s credentials are written on backside of the envelopes. With 250+ letters different addressing styles are possible.
This PDF sample is exactly what we will create and mail for you. In the case of our standard formats you simply define the content of your letters and we will take care of the rest for you. Every line will be written like in this PDF sample with the defined handwriting style. The design of the stationery may vary, but the handwritten message and adressing will be exactly like this.
